Additional - *This condo is our family “home away from home” we would appreciate renters leaving the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes) and the apartment tidy. Since this is a residential condo community, please conduct accordingly with manners and respect towards neighboring residents.
Fines are administered by the homeowners association for noise & parking violations-these will be deducted
from the security deposit.
The meters are read upon arriving and after departure-excessive use of power will incur an additional
fee contingent upon charges.
*Minimum cleaning fee of $100 from security deposit will be deducted if apartment is not tidy*
