Rent our Park City ski condo for a seven day stay during the winter season and we will give you a free stay at our beachfront condo in Isla Verde, San Juan, Puerto Rico for an extended weekend(length negotiable). This is our private residence and not intended for short term rental. The stay is free of charge, cleaning fee of $100, plus $90 to the property manager to settle you in for your stay.

Further details about this condo rental
As a family run operation, we realize a ski vacation can become expensive, Therefore we will pass along a newsletter with some tips for savings on your trip to Park City. This includes information on how to get free first day lift tickets, lift tickets at a 25% discount, (for six days of skiing this means one person's savings is about $160, a family of four about $640, and for a group of eleven which is what we commonly take on our yearly trip, $1,750). We also have some tips for child care, discounted ski equipment/gear and car rental, bus route info and our favorite family friendly restaurants.
We are strong supporters of the local economy, therefore we have built a relationships with a co-op of local reliable, sane nannies that have grouped together to provide childcare for our guests. If you have young children that are too little to ski or older kids that need a break this will be a very easy and economical way for the adults to get out onto the slopes, and have peace of mind with your loved ones. Additionally we will be more than happy to provide references from previous guests who would be happy to recommend our home.
Ski: Park Mountain is resort is two blocks away....The Canyons and Deer Valley are accessible via free shuttle bus that will pick you up outside the condo
Other Activities: snow boarding, tubing, snowmobiling
