Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rentals from $650 to $950 per week
- Check-in time is anytime after 4pm.
Check-out time is promptly at 10am to allow for cleaning between guests.
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required.
Pets welcome with additional $50 per pet per week non-refundable & and additional $50 refundable security deposit. - To secure a reservation - 50% deposit of total rental fee is due with signed lease contract.
Balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Directions and instructions will be provided when final payment is received.
