Special Instructions Please Read: Very important to understand that no pets or smoking is allowed. Security deposit for 50% of total price is required to hold your reservation. We will ask that you sign a no smoke / no pet / maximum occupants disclosure upon receipt of the security deposit. The balance of the payment and security deposit is required three weeks before arrival dates. Upon receipt of final payment we will mail you a packet with all the details to make you trip an enjoyable one. The security deposit will be returned upon inspection of premises. This should happen within one week of departure date, however it may take up to three weeks to fully inspect and send out reimbursement.
