Come to Villa Las Mañanitas for the vacation experience of a lifetime. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the second floor palapa or the beach palapa. Take a stroll on the pristine sandy beach that goes on as far as the eye can see. Walk north to the estuary where you will see several species of exotic birds as well as our resident pelicans. Have fresh fish for dinner purchased from the fisherman on the beach or swim or canoe to Platanitos for sarandeado style barbecued fish or fresh shrimp cooked over a mesquite grill or simply stay home and enjoy a fine meal from our grill, prepared in our gourmet kitchen.
Villa Las Mañanitas is one and a half hours north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. The drive north through jungle and along the coast is one of the most spectacular you will ever experience. Stop before you get to the villa and pick up fresh fruit and vegetables at the stands along the road. Enjoy the magic of our corner of the world. Mi casa es tu casa!

Our villa is located at Playa Las Tortugas, one and one half hours north of Puerto Vallarta. Villa Las Mananitas is on the beach adjacent to a Turtle Camp run by the Mexican environmental services. Our guests are able to release the baby turtles back into the Pacific Ocean and in the summer rainy season, amidst dramatic tropical storms which serve to cool the air and feed the lush vegetation, the turtle eggs are collected by guests and volunteers.
Take a stroll over to Platanitos for a comida consisting of fresh garlic shrimp, pescado sarandeado (barbecued fish) or many other local seafood dishes. It is simply the best in Mexico.
For our surfing guests, we are located at one of the best surf breaks (if not the best) on the coast.
Our local villages are a taste of 'real' Mexico with friendly, loving people from a beautiful culture. Travel north to San Blas to experience one of our busiest ports. Dine at a beach restaurant or an upscale European hotel and restaurant.

Each bedroom has air conditioning, VCR, DVD and satellite television. The master bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom. Enjoy the master patio with a magnificent view overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom with a king size bed and bath is located on the first floor. The sliding doors lead to the patio and pool. Baby Pac n Play, high chair and sand toys. The third bedroom is attached to the house, but with a private entrance and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Relax and enjoy a wonderful candlelight bubble bath and margarita of course!
