We accept Visa and Master Card - Deposit of 50% due at time of booking. Balance will be due 30 days prior to vacation date. If renter cancels for any reson, deposit is NOT refundable unless property can be re-rented. There is also a $200 security deposit due 30 days prior to vacation date. This is to be paid by separate check and is refundable after inspection upon vacating home, less cost of any damages found.
