This designer home, on a private road, has an open two-story floor plan with vaulted ceiling, a great room with a stunning glass wall overlooking the mountains, wide board floors, a large fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a recreation loft for reading or watching TV, broadband access, and Direct TV. The master bedroom upstairs has its own private bathroom and TV. Two bedrooms (one with a four poster bed, and the other with two twin beds) are on the main floor and are serviced by a full bathroom. There is also a sofa in the great room that converts to a full size bed.

The house is ideally situated for a wide variety of winter activities. Ten minutes to Ludlow and Okemo, 20 minutes to Bromley, 30 minutes to Stratton, and 45 minutes to Killington. The beautiful village of Weston is 7 minutes away with its famous Country Store. Numerous cross country ski areas (e.g. Viking, Stratton, Wild Wings, Okemo) are located within 30 minutes of the house. Green Mountain National Forest, 20 minutes, offers extensive back country skiing and snowshoeing. In addition, the area offers an excellent variety of restaurants, antiquing and shopping (e.g. Manchester and its store outlets are just 35 minutes away).
