Notes: Our home is located in the quiet and historic town of Lewes, Delaware and only a few short steps to the beach. The beach is quiet and never crowed. Home has a large screen porch with table and six chairs so you can eat and relax in comfort. There is also a rear deck with two adirondack chairs and another stone patio in the front of the house. A charcoal grill and cooking utensils are available for use outside only. The property is well shaded with many pine trees, but also has central air conditioning. This is a non smoking home and absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed.
