September/October $1200 for 3-night weekend ($400 per night plus the $175 cleaning fee) or $2,100 per week, Friday to Friday plus cleaning fee

These rental fees listed already include the 8% resort rental taxes, recreation fees, and booking fees. Add cleaning charge of $175 to the off-season rental rates
Sheets for all beds are available in the house in the linen closets. Renters who use the sheets will need to wash them in the laundry room prior to departure or can take sheets to the launderette or can rent linens. A few towels are available in the house for renters who are coming in by airplane. Otherwise, people need to bring their own towels and beach towels. Renters have full access to country club facilities and will receive guest passes

- All king-sized beds can be pulled apart and made into two twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs, CD players, alarm clocks, and comfortable mattresses. Enough bed sheets are available in the two linen cabinets in the house for all of the beds and sleeper couches. If you use the linens, you must wash them and put them away prior to departure. Linens can also be rented from local linen rental agencies. A few towels are provided in the house for renters who are flying in by plane and cannot bring their own towels but must be washed prior to departure.

Beach Details: The beach is a five-minute drive away from the house. There is metered parking all along the beach and board walk. There is also access to a large state park beach right up the road with plenty of parking. The park has life guard, showers, rest rooms, snack bar, and umbrella rentals.
Pets : Small well-behaved and house trained dogs (lap dogs) are allowed at the Fox Tail Rd beach house. The house is not appropriate for large dogs as the back yard is not fenced in and the house has carpeting and beautiful furniture. Cats and other pets, including gerbils and other rodents are not allowed in the house.
Adult retreat groups: Adult church and other retreat groups are allowed to rent the house. Youth groups are not allowed to rent the house as this house and neighborhood are not appropriate locations for youth groups of teenagers and children. Unchaperoned high school or college age students are not allowed to rent the house. Children are allowed in the house - supervised by parents
Other Activities: Delaware Outlet Malls and Bethany Beach Boardwalk are nearby
