There are spectacular views of the harbor and a deep water dock that can handle two 4+' draft boats at low tide. The home is a four bedroom split level with a 20' x 22' deck that has a propane barbecue which is great for entertaining a crowd. There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate bar area. There is cable TV in the living room and the master bedroom as well as a high speed wireless internet connection. There is also a one car garage. This home offers private waterfront and a quiet retreat for people who love the outdoors. This home is excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, sunbathing, kayaking, etc. The island offers trails and roads good for biking or go over the causeway to the mainland and enjoy all that the Mystic area has to offer.
