Living room which overlooks the lake, has a full size futon sofa/sleeper with an 8inch innerspring mattress, love seat, dvd/cable tv. Dining room overlooks the lake as well. One full bathroom. Fully appllianced kitchen . Gas grill, washer and dryer. Parking for two vehicles. If available boat dock or mooring. If needed sheets/towels available $20 per person
