Rates are subject to the 12.5% tourism tax and a one time $75 cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change unless deposit is received and reservation confirmed.
To secure a date, a $300 refundable security deposit is required. For stays greater than 3 weeks, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received.
If you are making a reservation within the month, the rent and deposit is due at the same time. Deposit will be returned if no damages or excessive cleaning is required. - Pets under 20 pounds are welcome! $25/Day
We accept credit cards through Pay Pal at a service fee of 3% Please inquire.
