Great for a couple or 2 friends, this is a fabulous central location, this brand new one bedroom condo near the monument, brand new on the rental market. Located on a very quiet street, a short 1.5 block walk to Commercial Street and short two blocks to the water, a short bike/car ride to Hearing Cove Beach or Race Point Beach. Everything is brand new as of July 2005. This home boasts a luxury kitchen, stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood flooring and a wonderfully tiled bathroom and two decks for sunning or barbecuing. Everything is included in this condo for making your vacation easy. The condo is on the second floor of a converted home with vaulted ceilings and skylights in the LR/BR providing lots of natural light. Also provided with air conditioning. One private parking space and laundry facilities are available. King Size Bed in the BR, and a Queen size sleeper sofa in LR. This is a real one bedroom condo and is a true gem to rent. No pets Allowed.
