Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

* Renters MUST be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required.
All rentals require a minimum refundable security deposit of $250.00. Rates are subject to change. Arrowhead Lakes Community takes security seriously. There are additional fees paid by the Renter directly to Arrowhead Lakes:
Gate Pass: $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay (license and registration required).
Arrowhead has security patrols 24 hours a day.
*Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Amenity Badges: $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week.
These fees are not negotiable, must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association (4) days in advance. They are a mandatory security measure.
