Its coveted interior location features a large screened lanai offering beautiful views of the pool and gardens. The brand new kitchen with its generous ten foot peninsula, complete with new appliances, serves as the perfect gathering point for quick meals, projects and general celebration. The open and over-sized living and formal dining area offers continuity for socializing and electronic media entertainment. The two bedrooms and their baths at each end of the unit balance the floor plan. The condo has a light and airy Florida style décor.
