Guest Book Entry: It was so nice of you to follow up. We had a WONDERFUL week at the house with Mom and Dad. My husband, brother and son were with us as well and we were surprised by a visit from my sister from Houston. Mom and Dad spent a lot of time on the porch, went down to the beach a couple of times and absolutely loved having us around. We did go in to Charleston several time: went to the Visitor's Center and saw the film on Charleston, ate at Poogan's Porch and Magnolia's and the Rue something or another. Had wonderful meals at all places. Even ate at Sticky Fingers!! A trip we will all remember forever. Couple from Indiana, Summer 2005

From a renter in 2006:: I just returned from a wonderful week in your family's home on 3002 Palm Blvd. in Isle of Palms. My father-in-law, rented your home for us and our entire family, including brothers in law and their families. It was a great vacation, to say the least. Your home was very accommodating, not to mention just plain fun! My father served in WWll as well, but he was in the Glenn Miller Band overseas. He played tenor sax and had planned a career in music after the war, that is until he met my mom and they decided that having 7 kids didn't exactly help to bolster a career in show business! Thank you once again for the use of your wonderful home. I keep referring to it as a home instead of just a 'house' because of the warmth I felt due to your family.
