Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation from this well maintained duplex at 15 Murphy Road. It is located on a cul-de-sac, on the ocean side of Lower County Road. It's only a 4 minute walk to our Nantucket Sound private beach. It is 1/2 mile to the West Dennis Beach and South Village public beaches. Enjoy the large deck overlooking the salt water marsh, with a glimpse of the ocean. The oversize deck has outdoor furniture. Enjoy the ocean air where you can dine outside after cooking on the gas grill. This home is well equipped to make your stay comfortable and carefree. It is stocked with Corell dinnerware, new pots and pans, iron, mixer, blender, coffee maker, fans, toaster, microwave and telephones. It features tiled bathroom, wall to wall carpeting, cable TV, VCR and outdoor shower. No pets please.

We are located at 15 Murphy Road, West Dennis. Driving directions: Take a left from Rt 28 onto Swan River Rd. At the end of Swan River Rd take a right and we are the 4th street on the left. It's a private cul-de-sac with little traffic. Private Yard is fenced.
