Activities: The location is great for golfers with several highest quality golf courses next door including famous Champion Gate Golf Resort; Fishing is very good with several big lakes nearby, and going for deep sea fishing only takes about an hour to either west or east coast; Shopping and dinning are only 1-10 minutes easy drive. Disney World and other attractions are all close by.
