Newly constructed cottage on a 1.4 acre peninsula located on the East side of Brassua Lake. This the last property located on Poplar Hill Road, the access drive requires an all wheel drive vehicle for the last 300 yards to the cottage. The property has a lengthy shoreline with the ultimate privacy and the opportunity for all the traditional reacreational uses. Propane is used for refrigeration, lighting and central heat. There is no pressurized water the bathhouse has a chemical toilet, vanity sink and bathing is done dockside.This rental is for someone who loves the outdoors, water recreation and truly enjoys privacy. I encourage you to make a site visit if possible before renting or I can send photo's of the property.

This cottage is for a person who enjoys the outdoors and enjoys being outdoors. Brassua Lake offers excellent opportunities for fishing, boating, swimming, wildlife appreciation, or just relaxing. The full service town of Greenville is about a 45 minute ride which contains supermarkets, restaurants, bait shops, and many sightseeing opportunities.
