Our unit is at Alpine Village and is conveniently located less than 5 min from I-93 in North Woodstock, NH. This townhouse includes: 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a finished walk-out basement with a small backyard perfect for sitting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. New flooring in the dining area and living room and new tile in the basement. The basement also includes: a pool table & darts ready for your use. Our deck has wonderful pond and mountain views as well as a gas grill and a patio set. Other amenities include: a fireplace, 2 telephones, 4 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, a Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel appliances in kitchen 3 a/c units and a full sized washer and dryer. 2 or 3 families can use this townhouse, it sleeps 12. Linens are provided. The unit is professionally cleaned before & after each stay.

Alpine Village has several on-site tennis courts, many areas to walk through and is a safe area for children to ride bikes. There are many open areas to play ball, have picnics or just sit and relax. We are located within walking distance of Clark's Trading Post, several restaurants and shops in North Woodstock, and the Pemi River where you can swim and go tubing. It is a short drive to Whale's Tale, Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain (swim at Echo Lake), the Flume Gorge, Lost River, Waterville Valley and many wonderful hiking trails. There are three 18-hole golf courses nearby. We are less than 1 hour from Lake Winnipesauke, North Conway, and Storyland. 35 minutes from Santa's Village. During the winter there is a free shuttle to Loon and Cannon Mountains. We are in close proximity to Cannon, Loon, Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods.

The bed set up is as follows: 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds in the guest room, 1 queen and 2 twins in the loft and 1 full sized bed in the basement. There is a pack and play in the master bedroom closet. Enjoy the wonderful mountain views from the master bedroom and kids room. There is a beautiful new sleigh bed in master bedroom, 2 new sets of bunk beds in guest room and 3 new beds in the loft.
In unit: pool table, 4 color TVs, 2 DVDs, patio set, and gas grill. We have cable. Included at Alpine: indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, workout facility, Internet access, tennis, pool table, ping pong, video game room and playground. All of this is included in your rent. There are no hidden charges.
We have 3 powerful air conditioners to keep the unit cool. One in master bedroom, one on main level and one in loft
