Royal James Landing is the perfect place for a family of 4-6 people. This upper unit has a master bedroom with a queen bed and bath, plus cable TV. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom next door. For extra beds we can convert a queen-size futon in the loft. A good place for kids to spread out and play. A huge bag with Legos, books, and two drawers with kids videos plus TV for you to use. The two sunny porches have gorgeous views. One overlooks the pool and forest and the other has a stunning view of the 13th fairway and a lagoon with a crocodile and birds. The living room has a cable TV, DVD, CD, and hook-up for an I-pod. The dining room has a table for six. All rooms have access to a deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Beach towels, buggy boards, sand toys and umbrella are there for your convenience. For transportation we have a golf card plus trailer and three big beach cruisers and some kids bikes.

Beaches, restaurants, shops and supermarket are three minutes away. There are 14 miles of unspoiled, beautiful beaches, a semi tropical maritime forest and 10,000 acres of protected salt march with tidal creeks and wildlife to explore. A nature camp for children 2nd -9th grade is available for a fee on a daily or weekly basis with the conservancy. On a nightly stroll at the beach you might be lucky enough to see a turtle lay eggs or hatchlings hurrying back into the ocean. If you like a quiet place without cars, beautiful sights and amazing skies at night, this is the place for you.
