Great hillside location - fall foliage; views; great light for artists; great access for outdoors enthusiasts; ultimate spot for comfort-seekers - not a camp. Best of both worlds. 10 minutes to Plymouth State U.
Spacious master bedrm (queen-sized) w/private den (queen sofa/bed) overlooks Newfound lake and mountains; 2nd bedrm (twin beds convert to king); sleeping loft (twin beds). Large bathroom - separate tub and shower, new washer/dryer. Efficient galley well-equipped kitchen; dining area expands to seat eight - also with views. Small fireplace sitting area off dining area.

Use as a base of operations - OR just land here and if you're like me - you won't have to go anywhere! The views are just awesome! Sunsets, changing cloud formations, lake changing color by the minute, panoramic foliage, flocks of turkeys, grosbeaks, visiting birds (you'll have to fill the birdfeeder), other wildlife in the yard, sometimes a glimpse of the eagle, fox or deer in the area...
S-P-A-C-I-O-U-S ! ! ! and comfortable. Living room is 26' x 22'. Two sofas. Great place to gather after a fun day out and about. Or just kick back and enjoy the view after a home cooked dinner in front of the fireplace.
Separate den for the kids to watch TV, movies or play games or read.
Access beach on lake. Canoe. Ice Fishing. Skating. Snowmobiling on lake.
