Don't settle! : Don't settle for a great view and an average house or a stunning house and an average view. When you look at other properties in the area, ask them this question... 'How much land do you have?' Most of them have a great picture but they are on a tiny slice of land. We are on 20 acres. Ask them, 'are you right on the water?' The river is our front yard for as far as the eye can see! Don't settle. This place is spectacular!

We brought folding chairs with us and sat them in the river. On hot days the river water was cool and the sound of it rushing over the rocks was soothing to the stressed out soul.
