This wonderful 4 bedroom 2 bath raised ranch is in mint condition. It is located at 60 Othmar Street in Narragansett Pier. It is ready for a wonderful family vacation. Between the enchanting porch (copied from the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport) to the central air you are in for only wonderful days. This home was bought so that one can walk to the town beach, restaurants, public tennis, evening ice cream, shopping, the library, and most important walking the famous wall or the beach in the early morning or after dinner. A good way to place our home is that it is located between the Indian and the water on Ocean Road.

What we do every summer is take the ferry to Block Island. There are fairs and art festivals almost every week. We take route 1 to Watch Hill, the great rides at Misquamicutt, and we go to Newport for all the world class cultural events(music festival, jazz festival,R and B festival) plus the mansions, restaurants, shopping, japanese Kite flying festival and the boating events plus sailing. We always rent kayaks or canoes on Narrow river. There is tennis up the street and night baseball games around the corner. The last week-end in August usually has a sand castle building contest on the beach. There are usually band concerts Friday nights at the gazebo by the wall. Plus one needs time to just sit on this most beautiful beach.

There are 3 central air units in home: one on main floor and 2 in lower level. Parking for 3 cars only in driveway. Pretty flower filled landscaping. The summer rental does not come with towels or linens for the beds. Linens for the beds are $50.00. for your stay.
