Fun all Year Round, not just Summer Fun: Very private, but accessible year-round. Beautiful Fall Foliage surrounds the Lake and a great place to stay and take day trips to the White Mountain attractions. Plenty of restaurants 5 to 30 minutes away. Or just take a relaxing drive through the back country roads. Just 25 minutes to Gunstock Ski Area for winter or summer fun. Only 25 to 35 minutes to Mt. Major and other hiking, downtown Laconia or Weirs Beach attractions. Take a ride on Lake Winnipesaukee’s Mt. Washington tour cruise just 20 minutes away at Alton Bay. If it's shopping you want, then drive to either Concord or Tilton factory outlets, both have great shopping just 25-30 minutes away. Manchester(NH) -Boston Regional Airport (MHT) – 47 mi (50 min) ; Portsmouth(NH) International Airport (PSM) – 38 mi (40 min) ; Boston's Logan Airport (BOS) – 87 mi (1 hr, 40 min) ; Concord, NH – 24 mi (30 min) ; New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Loudon, NH – 17 mi (20 min) ; Factory Outlet Mall, Tilton, NH – 21 mi (25 min).
