The Terra Mar complex is located at 7100 Estero Blvd. Nestled in the view of a natural preserve, the pool, and the Gulf of Mexico, the condo is located on the second floor. The screened-in lanai has beautiful views and is perfect for outdoor dining, lounging and sunsets. The master suite has a lanai entrance, a king-size bed, private bath and television. The second suite has twin beds and a private bath. Our condo's desirable south end location offers easy access to Lover's Key, Bonita Springs and Naples. The Southwest Regional Airport is a 40 minute drive. Transportation from the airport to Fort Myers Beach is reasonably priced.

AMENITIES: This condo has new appliances and mattresses and an in-suite washer and dryer. Enjoy the well-manicured grounds which include a heated pool, sauna, shuffleboard, tennis court and an open grassy area. Outdoor gas grills are available. Located on Estero Island, often referred to as the 'world's safest beach', Fort Myers Beach has a wide shoreline that slopes gently into the Gulf. An absence of steep dropoffs and no undertow makes this an ideal spot for a family. For a change of pace, make par at the nearby 18-hole golf course, or walk to Santini Marina Plaza which hosts restaurants, gift shops, clothing boutiques, and a marina. Also within walking distance are a CVS drugstore and a health clinic. A grocery store is within two miles and is accessible by the trolley or car. Located on the south end of the island is Lovers Key State Park. There you can rent a kayak, boat, or bicycle.

DAY TRIPS: Ride the trolley north to Times Square or south to Bonita Beach. Our condo's desirable south end location offers easy access to Lovers Key, Bonita Springs and Naples. If you feel like taking a day to explore, favorite trips include Sanibel/Captiva Island, Naples, and a day boat trip to the Everglades or Key West. Other attractions include the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Estates. You will also find marinas with boating charters that include fishing, daytime sightseeing, evening dining and dancing, as well as off-shore gambling. Located just a few hours drive from the condo you can enjoy Disney World and Universal Theme Parks.
