Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer rentals $4500 to $7500 for midweeks and $12,000 - $14,500 for full weeks.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental amount is due 30-days prior to the rental period. A $1000 refundable security deposit is due 1 week prior to the rental period. Rates include all utilities and services. A cleaning fee of $250 is not included in the rate, and bed linens/towels are available for an additional $250 fee. Rates are subject to change without notice!
