We provide a thorough cleaning of the property, and laundering of all linens and towels at no additional cost. We ask that guests lightly clean prior to departure by sweeping, bringing trash outside, and washing any dishes and to compensate we will not charge a cleaning fee.

- The Bathroom is located by the kitchen and down the hallway from the bedrooms. The bathroom was renovated in 2005 in blue and white seaside colors with all new white tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink. There is a nice window for ventilation. Hand and Bath towels provided.

- The rental cottage, surrounded by a canopy of trees, is always comfortable and with the lake breeze sets the stage for a restful night's sleep. The Master Bedroom has a Queen mattress and the second Bedroom has a twin and double bed. There is also a twin airbed. There are shutters in both bedrooms for privacy. The large awning style windows allow the lake breeze to keep the bedrooms cool. Both bedrooms have a portable fan for additional air circulation if needed. There is a closet in each bedroom with hangers for ample storage. The bedrooms are located down a hallway offering privacy from the main living area. Both bedrooms have berber carpet. There is a playpen and child gate provided for the convenience of guests traveling with young children. The second bedroom has a t.v, vcr, and large collection of videos
