We also provide a pack-and-play, high-chair, 2 toddler booster seats, baby bouncy seat, and kid's pool / beach play toys free to charge! Our home is also within walking distance to 2 very nice beach restaurants / beach bars that offer open air seating and beautiful views of the gulf and sand! Both are perfect for drinks, lunch or dinner. Additionally, there is a nice little ice cream shop less than 1 minute from the back of our home that is a favorite destination for our kid's after dinner! Approximately 2 blocks to the east is a gourmet coffee shop that also serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as a very nice family style pizza parlor with video games! In addition to the local amenities that are within walking distance, we are less than a 5 min. drive to many other local and chain restaurants, shopping malls, movie theatre, etc.

In addition to the 2 Master Suites there are 3 more large bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 2 large bathrooms that each boast double vanity sinks, a bathtub/shower. 1st floor: gourmet kitchen w/ stainless appliances, large dining room, large open living room, laundry room, mud & beach storage room, front bedroom w/ king bed, private balcony & bathroom. 2nd floor: Master Bedroom & Bathroom Suite w/ King bed, 2 kid's rooms w/ 4 bunk beds in EACH room & kid's bath w/ double sinks. 3rd floor: 2nd 'Tower' Master Bedroom & Bathroom Suite w/ King bed. The living room & all 5 bedrooms include cable TV, DVD or VCR, CD, and a surround sound system in the living room! . .

Deep Sea Fishing: . . Destin offers one of the largest charter fishing boat fleets in all of Florida as well as one of the best deep sea fishing habitats for catching black fin tuna, grouper, amberjack, red snapper, sharks, etc! If you are interested in reserving a private charter boat, please let us know after you book your reservation and we can help with some personal recommendations!
Golf: . . The Destin metro area offers many extraordinary Championship Level golf courses that are available to the public and are located within a 5 to 20 minute drive from our home!
