The four windows are highly isolated against warmth and noise. Before all windows are shutters. The new fitted kitchen has been totally refurnished with all you might need: for example ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, tableware, lovely glasses for wine, champagne, water etc. There's also a washer and a dryer in the kitchen. The bedroom has four separate beds with latex mattresses by Dunlopillo, chests of drawers, wardrobes, tasteful candlesticks and so on. In the living-room is a large table, 4 chairs, bookshelves etc. The flat has all the modern facilities such as telephone, answering machine, fax, colour TV and hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe.
