This bright and comfortable three bedroom 1.5 bath duplex is elegantly decorated and furnished for beachfront enjoyment with plenty of seashore accessories. There is a large, sun-drenched living room with a newer blue microfiber sofa(queen sleeper), loveseat and oversized chair, oversized new anderson gliding windows with ocean views, 32' preferred cable TV,VCR/DVD, wireless internet, stereo, ceiling fan & recessed lighting. There is a large, private deck facing the ocean for dining, sunbathing, and magnificent sunrises. The spacious decks have two chaises, outdoor pub height bar or pvc dining table, six-eight chairs, and Weber propane grill with extra tank on both decks. The beach level unit's deck even has a full size lifeguard chair. We include 4 new aluminum beach chairs & 5 beach badges. The upper unit deck has breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed ocean, beach and coastline views. There are partial views from the beach level unit.

There is a private beach path and the Atlantic City lights can be seen at night from the beach. The setting is private with the closest public access & life guard station 75 feet away. There are two master bedrooms, queen with 1/2 bath & king . The MBR's have cable TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds & TV. Both units sleep six to eight. The bedrooms all have full or partial ocean views, ceiling fans, recessed lighting and have seashore themes & colors. The full bathroom has a shower over tub combination decorated with seashore decor and bright colors and recently tiled floor with white vanity, clam shaped cultured marble sink with dolphin faucet. The entire interior was repainted in March 2007. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate icemaker, microwave, coffee & smoothie maker, toaster, ceiling fan, recessed lighting and a dining table that seats eight. Corian countertops were added in April 2007.

Open the brand new sliding doors off the deck or large glider windows(many new) throughout the home and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean surf. There is an outside private hot & cold shower for each unit and parking for three to four cars for each unit. We even have room for a boat for each unit. We are directly on the beach. Just walk a few feet on your private beach path. There is even a foot spray for washing sand off your feet before stepping onto the deck. One hour from Atlantic City. Under 2 hours to Newark Airport and 90 minutes to Philadelphia Airport. This location offers great access to museums, performing art center, shopping, great restaurants, extraordinary kayaking(bay & ocean), fishing, parks for children and surfing beaches. The beach level unit has partial ocean views from the bedrooms, kitchen and spacious living room. The beach level unit is perfect for families with young children and/or grandparents and those who prefer less stairs to climb.

Golf: This house is approx. 1.5 miles from the southern tip of the island and is approx 1 mile(a short walk or bike ride) to Beach Haven town center. Guest Book: 09/25/07 Positive We just returned from renting the upper unit for the past two weeks. The house was everything that was promised and more. John and Diane's attention to detail and renter satisfaction really enhanced our overall vacation experience, and we would gladly rent with them again. The weather mid September was amazing, in fact nobody can believe my amazing tan came from the Jersey Shore at this time of the year. Two thumbs up!!!!! We loved every minute of it.
