- The bedrooms in this cottage are downstairs. In the hall on this floor there is a chair and 1/2 that pulls out to a twin bed. The ceilings are lower than normal on this level. Up stairs there are two futon couches that are Queen/full. This is open living with cathedral ceilings.

Surrounding Cities: The city of Portland is about 30 minutes away and a beautiful old seaside city to visit. Boston is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away.
Location: The location of this property is 142 Granite Point Rd. We are off of rte 9 in Biddeford Maine. We are about a 12 minute ride to Kennebunkport. Fortunes Roks beach located in Biddeford Pool is a 5 - 7 minute ride around the corner and Goose Rocks beach in Kennebunkport is also a 7 - 10 minute ride. Goose Rocks beach can also be accessed at low tide by crossing the river at the end of Granite Point Rd. This is a bout a 2 - 3 minute walk. This property is central located near lots of popular southern Maine destinations.
