Rate information for this Day house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1095/week
- $1095/week. Weeks begin on Saturday at 3pm and end on following Saturday at 11am. Off Season: April 15- June 15 and September 10- Oct 30, $195/night, 2 night minimum or $1095/week. 2 kayaks no charge; small motorboat available $45/day or $195/week. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedding provided, but bring your own linens, towels and personal items.
$500 deposit is due upon reservation. Remaining $595 balance and $250 Security Deposit due two weeks before rental. Security is refunded providing cleaning and repairs are not necessary.
