Visit 'Conch Out Cottage' for an unforgettable vacation experience. Centrally located on Fripp Island, this four-plus-bedroom, three-bath, Fripp Island, beach house has something for everyone! Relax by your own private heated pool (completed in 2005) while surfing on our high-speed wireless internet connection. No more toting your beach paraphernalia back and forth across the island - with less than a minute walk from this fourth row house you can be on the beach in seconds. We have recently converted a kids room into another Queen BR and moved the twin over full bunk bed to our loft (December 2006). We also (April 2006) replaced all the carpet throughout the house and extended a deck around the house for direct pool access. This house was also recently updated top-to-bottom (December 2004).

Each room has been beautifully decorated to remind you that you are on vacation. The spacious kitchen has been well equipped with the cook in mind and includes new appliances, that every-important 2nd refrigerator, and an eating area with seating for 12. The large open living area includes two seating areas, a small wet bar, and multiple skylights and windows. With four bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps three, this great floor plan comfortably sleeps 11. The generous master bedroom suite includes a private balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. For those who prefer to relax indoors, each bedroom includes its own TV with DVD or VCR. Enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck or screened-in porch.
