Our waterfront condo is located close to the Florida Heritage Site-Nassau Park Historic District-the first locally designated historic district in Delray Beach & described as 'West Indian Charm Along Delray Shores' in 1935. The unique area features homes erected from 1935-41 where the winter colony relaxed in small scale cottages surrounded by nautral beauty, which were bult in the Colonial Cape Cod Revival Style with architectual details from early wooden folk houses of Eastern Massachusettes. The hist. of Delray Beach, founded in 1895, is preserved by residents & the Historical Society.
