Abuts town conservation land and walking trails. Watch the sun rise over Eastham's largest pond from the deck or living room. Enjoy quiet afternoons and evenings on the porch. Bring your canoe, kayak or sailboat, Great Pond is perfect for summer water fun. Built in 2004, this cottage/small house has all the amenities - full kitchen with dishwasher, range & microwave, full bath with washer and dryer, Cable TV/DVD for rainy afternoons, fireplace, outdoor shower with hot & cold water . Regular trash pick-up.

Rate information for this Eastham house rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $400 to $1500/week
  • January through April 2008: $300 for three nights; $50 each additional night. Any 7 consecutive nights $400 (holiday/school vacation weeks $450 for 7 nights).

    May 2008: $450 - $550 for three nights, $50 each additional night. Full week $600 - $750.

    June 2008: $1000 to $1500 per week

    July / August 2008: $1500 per week

    September/October 2008: $850 per week

    Refundable security deposit required.
