Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date - 100% penalty - Our recomendation is to rent from a trusted source with lots of recent feedback comments on their guestbook. These villas require a lot of maintenance to keep them in great condition. We receive calls very often of guests that are desperately looking for a place to stay, because they arrive at Rio Mar at a property with no maintenance or even water or eletricity. If you are looking for a larger size villa or if our villa is not available for rent, I will be glad to provide referals of whom to contact to rent a villa in top shape like ours.

Owner Description: I am a tax attorney and CPA, and live in Puerto Rico with my family. I own various properties in Puerto Rico that I rent in a short term basis. I am very committed to provide you the best service available, and answer all your questions in an expedite matter. It gives me joy when I get thanks you notes from guests commenting the great experience they had in my properties. Each of my properties is in a different and unique location, very carefully picked with the heart, not with the pocket, in mind.
