Relax and enjoy our oceanfront condo with a full ocean view. Enjoy eating on our oceanfront balcony with breathtaking views. Watch the dolphins swim the shoreline, sunbathe or walk the sand on Sea Colony's private beach.
The condo sleeps 4 and features a master bedroom with access to 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen-size bed, 1 full-size bed, ceiling fan, and T.V. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with new appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, all the comforts of home. The living room is comfortably furnished with a touch of hominess. Entertainment includes a large screen HD TV, DVD, VCR, CD player and radio with cassette.
Enjoy the air conditioning or open the sliding glass for a wonderful ocean breeze. Our second floor unit is right off elevator for easy in and out. Your are right at the steps for a quick flight down to the oceanside promenade and footsteps away from pool or ocean

Sea Colony provides 28 tennis courts, 9 additional pools, 3 on the oceanside promenade along with kiddie pool with tables and umbrellas. A shuttle service is available in Summer to the west side tennis community and fitness center. The west side also provides walking and bike trails, 7 lakes and resident swans.
In addition to our ocean front condo at Bethany Beach these are some places that are nearby. Rehoboth, and Lewes, Delaware minutes away and Ocean City Maryland just 7 miles away. Nearby are Delaware National Seashore, Boardwalk of Bethany Beach and weekly summer concerts within walking distance, Rehoboth outlets, Golf - Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, 3 miles away, Minor League Ball Park 45 minutes away in Salisbury, Maryland. No sales tax in Delaware so lots of tax free shopping and dining everywhere!!!

Beathany at Sea Colony has replenished the beaches, at least tripling the amount of sand about the high tide line.
