Clean, bright, and tastefully furnished, the house has an open, roomy feel with a 24'x21' living room with cathedral ceiling and a wood stove for warmth and ambiance. The main floor also a large dining room, big fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and tiled mud room with lots of space for golf clubs, skis, boots, coats, etc. The second floor has a master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with full-size bed, and full bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms: one with a twin/trundle bed for two twins or conversion to king and the other with 2 twin beds. The downstairs family room also has a full bath and a sleeper couch with trundle, converting to 2 twin beds. Enjoy this home during any season. Whether you're looking for a peaceful place to get away and relax or a place that keeps you and the kids on the go, you'll love this large but warm and inviting home.
Canoeing, kayaking, antiquing, shopping and fine restaurants nearby. Other great spots like Clark's Trading Post, Franconia Notch, The Flume, Laconia/Weirs, Polar Caves not far away.
