It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12), 1 office area (sleeps 2), 3 sleeper beds (sleeps 6). Plus, it has a living room with vaulted ceilings and terrazzo tile floors, a family room, a dining room, and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer/dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom also has a king bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom also contains 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). Our fifth bedroom contains 2 twins (sleeps 2). Plus, we have a separate pool house with a little bar, table and chair, and sofa. And, the house has 4 other sleeper beds (sleeps 8)

Fenced in back yard, and screened in lanai: We have a wonderful fenced in backyard patio with fruit trees and a charcoal grill; there is plenty of privacy and room for you!
2 blocks walk to beach: Our Venice beach house is also a short 2 block walk to the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. It is also a close walk to Venice Florida's dog friendly beach - Brohard Paw Park. Please inquire about this rental. We will provide the address of this rental, to view on Mapquest or Mapblast.
Home has new furniture: Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. And, the back yard includes a very cool pool house with a bar, table, chairs and sofa where you can play cards. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. We also have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
