  • All rentals are by the week & go from Saturday to Saturday. There is a pet fee of $100 and special conditions apply. Any week that has a Holiday is $100 higher (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years $200). Especially for retired couples visiting in the off season (Jan & Feb), rent three (3) weeks & you get the fourth (4) week free. When comparing apples to apples we have the best rate on the Internet & from local rental agencies. Put us to the test. If you find a better rate, we will beat it! Let us know.
  • We provide a very SPECIAL RATE for WORKING COUPLES that wish to use our free wireless, high speed Internet connection to stay in touch with their offices. Included in the pictures I will be sending you is an amazing photo showing the desk with my laptop up against the window overlooking the ocean. ( It may be in your best interest not to show it to anyone from work.) We have installed a special screen for the window, that filters out the sun but not the vision of the waves lapping at the shoreline. Sorry, but you cannot stay beyond your week even if your boss calls me and says it is the most productive week of work you have ever had.

We will have on hand for you Charleston Tea for your drinking pleasure either hot or cold. Please read about us in the paragraphs that follow: You are not going to believe what we require of our guests? You absolutely must serve Charleston Tea* (we furnish it) to your spouse in bed. Laughter aside, this is included in the contract that we will both sign. Intrigued? Please continue reading.............I have been in the enviable position of owning two other properties at Wild Dunes - Seascape and Ocean Club. The Seascape property was valued at $1,000,000 and the Ocean Club property was worth $1,700,000. That was certainly tall cotton by any one's standards. Alas - herein lies the rub - I was not happy. My greatest desire was to awaken in the morning, propped up on my pillow with a steaming cup of tea or coffee in my hand, looking out a massive window directly onto a scene of waves crashing on the beach. Visualizing myself opening the sliding glass doors, I would hear the hypnotic crescendo of the rise and fall of the waves and feel the mist as it seeped gently into the room.

See all our pictures and video: The crowning touch was to watch the suns golden orb edge upward over the water as I sipped my morning beverage and basked in the glow. However, at both properties, if I propped up on my pillow and looked ahead, I had a glorious view of the.... TV. I could have done this back home. As you can surmise, I am a dreamer. Thanks for considering us: What makes us somewhat unique vs other Port O Call condos is that we are directly on the ocean & a 2nd floor 'widow walk' to an upper deck with breathtaking view of beach/ocean. First floor screened-in porch below the deck, providing a distinct advantage for the third floor units. (Elevator provided at no additional cost) We can truthfully brag that we have the best view of the beach from both our deck and porch, without exception! Our villa has been completely redecorated and updated from top to bottom we cordially invite you to enjoy our new furniture, ultra modern appliances, freshly painted and newly carpeted vacation haven. A large portion of the wall displays an original painting of a beach sunrise, while other signed and numbered prints create interior beauty that is only rivaled by the real and actual breathtaking view. I'm writing and talking too much. I have forgot that 'a picture is worth a thousand words'.

Golf: Two golf courses to choose from; one as near as your back door. See the wild dunes resort web site for complete information. We are proud to boast that we have the finest housekeeper in Wild Dunes. If you are so inclined, you may picnic off of our floor without the benefit of a blanket. If you are one who loves a deal, let me assure you that if you can quote me a better price from someone else, I will happily beat it. The benefit to me and my fellow renters is that an adjusted rate will bring in even more business, and will lower everyone else's rent as well. Apples to apples. No one that knows me well ever accused me of embellishment! But since you and I are total strangers, and my writing may have an embellishing tone. Please read the 'Reviews'. None of our past guests stand to gain financially from you renting our place. Their words come from the heart. Thanks for considering us.
