- The cottage is in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. The Shores is a very small area of about 4 miles that runs North & South along the river & the ocean. The Shores is populated with high rise Condos & therefor makes the area very quiet, due to the fact that retired folks stay on their condo property & don't like to drive. You practically have the entire area to yourself. The beaches are the best in Daytona Beach Shores! Less traffic and lots of lifeguards! The home is 1.5 miles North of Ponce Inlet, 3 Miles south of Bike Week's Fame- Main St. The cottage is also 3 miles from Beach Street, downtown Daytona Beach. -If you don't want to drive, ride the Trolley, it will take you all the way up & down the A1A. You can catch a movie @ Ocean Walk on the North side of Daytona, or you can go to Ponce Inlet to the Sun Cruise Casino, deep sea gambling. The Location is Perfect!

We do not post signs in the yard for advertising. Your stay will always be private, quiet & secluded. We are accessible as owners at all times, as we live nearby. 5 Blocks North of Dunlawton Causeway (421): Walk to 5 famous riverfront bars, restaurants & entertainment, See photos below! That could be you sitting on the river, enjoying the sun, the live music and a cold beer. Sight see the dolphins at play. View manatees as they swim by. Watch the sunset atop Dunlawton Bridge, the lighthouse in the background, the ocean to the east and the river to the west, Spectacular! Walk to Pat's Riverfront for breakfast every morning. Short drive to Ponce Inlet. There you can see our Ponce DeLeon Light house. It has the Nation's oldest actual burning light. The Science & turtle museum awaits you. Guest Book: Augustine the nations oldest city full of culture and the country's oldest school house and watermill bar. You can also visit their Beltz Outlet shopping center with over 200 brand name outlets. The home is extremely motorcycle friendly with a one car over sized garage. This can house at least 8 bikes. Main Street and Beach Street are both with in 3 miles. You can do the Foxheads ride that will take you in Florida's most desirable wetland winding roads. Draped with Spanish moss and hundred year old oak trees. Ride the back way to Samsula's Cabbage Patch and on to Debary. Come along Sanford's historic Waterfront. You can also opt for the shorter ride through Ormond Beach's Highbridge, Cobb's Corner and Tomoka State park. You'll love it!
