Deposit due at the time of booking (1/4 of the rent). Remaining to be paid two weeks prior to arrival. This is a new rental property so until we get burned no security deposit or cleaning fee!
$650 a week or $1500 a month
Saturday through Saturday rentals. Check-in is on Saturday anytime after 4:00pm. Check out is on the following Saturday by 10:30.

- Both bedrooms have queen size beds and are very large with lots of closet space. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with a built in shoe rack and a small safe. The master bedroom also has a half bath. Both bedrooms also have hard wood floors with two windows so they are very light and airy.
