Rate information for this Addison house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1600-$2000/week
- Jan.1 - April 28th 2012 $1,600. April 28th 2012 -- June 2nd $1,800. June 2nd - Oct. 27th 2012 $2,000. Oct. 27th - Jan. 1st 2013 $1,600.
Summers are only rented per week BUT off season is as beautiful!
Off Season Oct.27th - May 1st /3 night minimum $1,000.
These prices do not include the Maine 7% sales tax. The prices DO include excellent housekeeping, fresh flowers, linens and exceptional views even from the bathtub! Renters rave and so will you!
Non-refundable 50% deposit payable at the time of the reservation
Remaining payment plus $500 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival - Your reservation will be confirmed by our receipt of your deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the total amount due for that particular time period.
This deposit will be refundable up to 60 days prior to your scheduled reservation, less a cancellation fee of $150.00.
Any deposit received for a reservation that is cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to your scheduled reservation is non-refundable. However, w/ the property owners approval, it may be re-applied towards any equally priced future reservation, less a cancelletion fee of $300.00.
Any deposit received for a reservation that is cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled reservation is non-refundable.
In the event that the property owner is able to fill a cancelled reservation time w/ another renter, the deposit of the cancelled reservation will be refunded, or re-applied to an equally priced future reservation, less a cancellation fee of $150.00.

This home is guaranteed to give a relaxing time!! Here are renters comments....renters from Texas said...' This is a repeat visit for us- returning after spending two weeks in this beautiful place last yr. Thank you for letting us share in your design, workmanship and perfect setting. The bald eagle put on a show and the deer peeked in a couple of times. Your home and location are spectacular and breath taking. Look forward to next yr.' ' Your home and location are wonderful. The views rival any I have seen. Go to Cutler and hike through the woods to Bold Coast Cliffs! Beaches close to home include Sandy River Beach just north of Jonesport on 187. The beach in Roque State Bluffs park is excellent. For a local cruise designed for whatever you want to do or see, call Downeast Coastal Cruises in Milbridge. Buzzy and Ester will create a day to remember. The sunsets on the deck w/ a glass of wine is a must.'
