A deposit of 50% of the appropriate rental rate is required to hold your reservation. This is your security deposit also. It will be refunded in cash after a check-out inspection.
Payment for the full amount of your rent is due 2 full weeks before your scheduled vacation. This will secure your reservation and insure the readiness of the house for your arrival.
Rental charges and deposits are refundable if you cancel your reservation 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. After that, we reserve the right to keep the rental deposit and/or fee if we are unable to rebook the property.
There are times when we are able to accept last minute reservations. Please contact us for availability and information on how to book at the last minute.
