The Flamingo Beach house is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the backyard is a private beach, you can just walk down and you are foot steps from the sandy beach. House offers 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with complete laundry room located inside the house. Accommodations for up to 10, (2 king size beds, 1 full size, 4 twins). All linens and beach towels are supplied for your convenience. It has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, micro-oven, refrig.,dishwasher all cooking utensils, blenders, toasters, etc..The house has a lovely screened porch with an incredible breeze and view of the private beach. The master bedroom offers a great balcony with same private beach view. All rooms include TV with DVD, and there is a library of movies for your entertainment. We also have an XBOX with games as well.
The house is a non smoking environment and we ask that you please smoke outside. We do allow pets but must be approved prior to rental. There is a dock to dock your boat.

The house is a non smoking environment and we ask that you please smoke outside. We do allow pets but must be approved prior to rental. There is a dock to dock your boat or you can use the water taxi to have access to the island. All you need is groceries & bathing suit! JUST COMPLETED A WOOD WALK WAY FROM THE HOUSE TO THE BEACH AND AN ALL AROUND DECK ON THE HOUSE. Also has a deck downstairs with picnic table and new stainless steel barbeque, great for family cooking.
Guest Book: We have had guest from all over the world, and there are 3 repeat comments, they are as follows, Love all the Flamingo Decor throughout the home, very impressive Peaceful, tranquil, but yet very enjoyable Island, coming back, its Paradise Clean, comfortable home, just bring clothes/food
