A bit more information: There is an one-half bath off the living room and a tiled, wainscot full bath w/tub&shower upstairs. The kitchen can also be completely stocked with the groceries of your choice if you so desire (at an additional charge). It is a wonderful, quiet spot to escape, relax, read, and watch the grass grow or the sunset, and is also a good jumping-off point for all the fun, culture, and excitement that happens in the more bustling parts of the Hamptons throughout the year.
Guest Book: 'The stay was wonderful ! The house was perfect, I am ready to live there, didn't want to come home. The outdoor fireplace was such a lovely addition, we spent most nights out there while the kids were inside. We would like to rent the house again for next year - will be in touch with actual dates. Thank you for the use of your lovely home ! ' 'Thank you, we found all in perfect order (actually, were impressed over/grateful for the care you take in all matters big and small) - it was a lovely (and necessary) reprieve. Perfect.' 'Just a note to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed staying at your home. It was ideal for us -- we wiled away mornings and evenings on the wonderful porch; there was always a breeze coming from the field across the way; and visits to farmstands and beaches were just a hop, skip and jump. The hydrangeas and lilac in the front yard were in full bloom, the tall grasses were waving and the lobelia were just putting out buds!'
