Home and layout: This house has a great layout, it is comfortable for everyone, the beach is semi private and very clean, it is fun to walk into town for breakfast or dinner. Not many rentals have the charm or location that this house has!
Neigborhood: The subdivision is called 'Bel Air', a very private and upscale area with only 2 entrances. The neighbors have resided here for a long time.
