Outside the villa, there is a private swimming pool and a large pool deck with ample space for dining and relaxing. The pool can be heated and the pool area is screened to protect you from insects. The beautiful tree lines make the backyard and the pool area a very private place for you and your family to enjoy. There is also a direct access to the pool from the master bathroom. Our management company, one of the best in the area, provides professional services and is 24-hour on call for our guests. For the safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there be no smoking and no pets inside the villa. Best of all, this villa is reasonably priced for your budgeted family vacation. We guarantee you will enjoy your stay with us and will have a great experience in the vacation capital of the world.
Shopping and Dining - Shopping Centers: Publix Supermarket: 1 mile; 24-hour Wal-Mart super center: 2 miles; Restaurants in all shopping centers: range 1 to 3 miles. The surrounding area - (within three miles) is rich with shopping centers and restaurants, medical cares, pharmacies, banks, ATM machines, and exciting family fun facilities.
