Isla Vista, our new luxury island home, offers spectacular 360 degree Gulf and Island views and a private, heated pool. Our fully air-conditioned home has 3 levels; the lower level includes 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 twin beds), 2 full baths, full-size washer & dryer, and a screened porch with hot tub off the master bedroom. Second level includes an impressive great room with cathedral ceiling, including a fully-equipped kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and eating utensils and cookware. The great room also includes an open dining area with a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 4, and living area with leather sleeper sofa, satellite TV, high speed internet access, DVD,VCR, and stereo. Off the great room is a third full bath and a spacious lanai with Gulf views. From the lanai is a spiral staircase leading to the 3rd-level sun deck with spectacular 360-degree Gulf and island views.

North Captiva is a secluded tropical island bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound, situated west of Fort Myers, north of Naples and south of Tampa. This peaceful and private island with long stretches of sugar-white sand beaches is accessed only by boat or small plane into a private airstrip. The island is approximately 4 miles long and 1/2 mile wide at its widest. Privacy, seclusion and nature are a way of life here as there are no paved roads or cars. Golf carts and bikes are the only means of transportation. More than half of the island is owned by the state of Florida and is managed as a nature preserve. The island appeals to those who are lured by serenity and privacy amidst extraordinary natural beauty. Come watch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. On the island's secluded beaches you can shell, swim, fish, or just watch the manatees and dolphins at play.
